Description
An experienced clerical assistant is required to join the business services team in Estates.

The post holder will provide an administrative service to the Trades Manager and Depute Trades Manager along with the trade's personnel on a daily basis.


You should be qualified to SVQ level III/HNC or equivalent and have at least three years' experience in a complex busy office environment.

You should have excellent IT skills and be able to cope well when under pressure.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and patience are essential, as is a flexible attitude and the ability to work in a well organised and methodical manner with a minimum of supervision.
