We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Client Service to join our Middle Office Services' Derivative Institutional Accounting team.

This role is located in Manchester (hybrid)


In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Processing transactions based on instructions or driven by scheduled events.
  • Answering inquiries and queries from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assessing needs and recommending alternative approaches to service models.
  • Investigating reconciliation breaks across internal BNY Mellon systems and with external parties.
  • Supporting the custody needs of our clients and their appointed Investment Managers for cash and securities movement and settlement.
  • Facilitating the onboarding of new clients and new business.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Bachelor's degree OR the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Experience and knowledge in derivatives, reconciliations, brokerage, trade, settlements and cash processing are all skills transferrable to this role but not a barrier to entry as onthejob product training will be available.
  • Processmindset and an interest in solving complex problems, performing reconciliations, and finding ways to make processes better.
  • Interest in advancing technical knowledge specific to derivative and collateral product knowledge.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in highpressure environment.
