Our client is a well established wholesaler with a nationwide presence. They are now looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger into their Finance team.

This is an entry level role and would be an ideal for a school or college leaver who is lookingto start a career in Finance within an environment where you can learn new skills quickly and be supported to develop within an established and friendly team.


Main responsibilities:


  • Reconcile supplier statements and accounts
  • Sorting and processing invoices
  • Carrying out payments
  • Opening and sorting the post
  • Other administrative tasks

Key Skills & Experience:


  • Applicants must also be hardworking and diligent with a keen eye for detail
  • Training will be provided so experience in a similar role is not essential
  • Show initiative and have desire to leave a good impression with all contacts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, to meet deadlines set
  • Team player with the ability to work autonomously
