We are currently looking for customer service driven Account Managers to join our Client based in Lakeside, Portsmouth. Our Client is currently expanding the team and they are seeking motivated customer service professionals tojoin them on a full-time, permanent basis.
Your week would be Monday to Friday, 9-5pm and you will do a mix of in office and home working as our Client provides a hybrid working scheme Your responsibilities would include:
- Talking with existing clients via the inbound and outbound line
- Discussing membership options and new promotions with existing clients and selling new offers
- Logging conversations on in house CRM systems
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Administrative duties
What you need to succeed in the role:
- Excellent telephone manner
- Customer service experience
- Good IT experience and Microsoft knowledge
- Good admin skills
- Be organised and motivated
