Order Processor

  • We have immediate start for an order processing role in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire

  • Details
Salary - £20k - 25kDOE
Working Hours are Monday to Friday
Location - Wellingborough, Northamptonshire
Duration - Ongoing / Temp to Perm
Immediate starts


  • Role of an Order Processor
  • Processing orders on the computer system
  • Allocating stock and materials on Excel
  • Delivery after service (sending tracking, sending PODs)
  • Setting up new clients and products
  • Handling of customer complaints (which can be escalated to the manager)
  • Sending invoices once the goods are shipped

Requirements for an Order Processor

  • Good Attention to detail
  • Ability to learn fast
  • Reliability?
  • Time management
  • Knowledge on computer
  • Basic knowledge of Excel
