    We have a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Administrator to join our Client Asset Sourcebook (CASS) Team at our head office in Cirencester. The SJP (CASS) Office is a regulatory function coordinating the firm's compliance with The Finance Conduct Authority (FCA) CASS rules.

    The core function of the role is to support the team in coordinating and performing CASS regulated activities, both in-house and outsourced, to ensure that a compliant CASS environment is maintained. This is done through analysis of data and associated information to provide insights on our trends, that contribute to the delivery of a programme of proactive CASS controls.

    Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for investigating client asset and cash reconciliations
  • Interrogate CASS breaches and review them against the CASS notification policy for materiality
  • Identify CASS trends and report them to the Head of CASS Office
  • Provide insights and analysis for key partners and committees and present this information, when required
  • Take an active role in driving forward the CASS controls monitoring programme, by completing sampling and testing, analysing relevant breaches, and reviewing relevant procedures
  • Ensure that Client breaches, controls, and risks are maintained within our Ruleguard software
  • Create MI for the CASS Committee pack, and where required take ownership for drafting and presenting memos or papers
  • Support the CASS Committee by accurately minuting meetings and recording and follow up on actions.
  • Data gathering and validation of the monthly report for the FCA.
  • Work closely with Admin Centre and our Audit teams to ensure the smooth execution of controls testing and provision of audit results.
  • Ownership of the technical ISA customer concerns from the Admin Centre and Partners
  • Special Requirements:

  • Proven Administration skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office packages
  • Experience of working in Financial Services is desirable
  • Desire for career progression and future training
  • Previous Knowledge of CASS and Rulegard will hold a distinct advantage
