    Job Description

Lithe Transformation is a fast-growing UK-based agile business transformation consultancy, with a reputation for excellence within the agile community across EMEA.

Our team grew by over 100% last year, and we have an A-list client portfolio in industries such as banking, insurance, pharmaceuticals, electronics, and public sector/government.

Thanks to a new engagement with a banking client, we are looking to grow our team and bring on-board an Agile Coach with experience of coaching on the "product" side, rather than pure IT (although the role will be mainly working with IT squads).

The main part of the role will be team-level coaching, although you will have involvement at every level from taking daily Scrum ceremonies right up to influencing at senior management.

You'll also be working extensively with our client's own Scrum Masters and Product Owners.

What is vital here is that you will have the skills, knowledge, experience, gravitas, and kudos to be seen by our client's teams as a consultant and subject matter expert.

The role is hybrid from East London.

Although most weeks there will be 2 days/week onsite, you will have to be prepared for that to occasionally rise to 3 days.

In return we are offering a salary of between £65k and £75k according to experience and skills. There is also a top-of-the-range pension.

The best thing we can offer is the opportinity to join a company that really is successful and thriving in a difficult market, and to be associated with a company that is already regarded as being one of the best in the business.
