We're looking for a Principal Producer to join our team at Hypixel Studios , which collaborates remotely from around the world.

Team members come from a diverse set of backgrounds, but share a common passion for building polished player-focused, community-powered games.

Hytale empowers creative expression across a spectrum of experiences including sandbox adventure, social play, minigames, and creativity using a suite of powerful and accessible tools.

You are passionate about creator communities and user-generated content - you believe in empowering players to make amazing experiences.

As an excellent communicator, you are authentic and transparent in helping players and team members understand the decisions we make as developers.

You will work with internal and external teams to nurture and grow a thriving creator community and provide opportunities for them to connect with the broader Hytale playerbase.

Be a champion of Marketplace and Economy across teams and stakeholders partnering with Engineering, Insights, Game Design, etc.
Be a member of senior leadership accountable to key internal and external stakeholders and responsible for ensuring a high level of transparency and execution quality across the studio, creators, and partners
You will continually leverage data, research, and whatever resources are available to validate product direction and demonstrate strong judgment around how and when to react
Skills in community engagement, communication, and relationship management
Deep understanding of the needs, challenges, and motivations of creators including legal and financial implications
