    London's leading independent Estate Agent and our ambitious plans mean we will continue to grow. We are now 2000+ people operating from over 185 locations across London. Due to our continued expansion, we are looking to recruit a People Administrator to be based in Teddington to support the team. This is an ideal role for someone looking to kick start their HR career, to join and be exposed to all areas within HR. The purpose of the role will be to support the team in delivering 5-star service to the business, ensuring that all administration is undertaken in a professional and timely manner.

    Location: Teddington, Greater London TW11Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pmSalary: £24,000-£26,000 DOE

    Key responsibilities will include:

    - Preparing job offer packs.- Collating new starter details, building employee files and ensuring new starters are added to the payroll system.- Responding to reference requests.- Drafting correspondence to reflect salary, location and deal changes.- Supporting on audits ensuring issues are flagged to Directors.- Maintaining Select HR system, coaching Managers/Directors as appropriate, ensuring data is complete and up to date and that the system is used to full capacity.- Addressing payroll queries and responding to Managers and Directors.- Giving adhoc support to the Fleet team as required.

    The successful applicant must be highly IT literate with good knowledge of Word and Excel including mail merging; as well as Gmail and associated Google programs. An HR background would be advantageous however this is not a requirement; though we are looking for someone who is keen to learn new skills and begin their HR career.

    You must have:

    - Strong administration skills.- Outstanding customer service skills.- A professional approach, able to instill confidence to internal customers.- A high level of confidentiality, able to act discreetly where appropriate.

    You must also be:

    -Organised, methodical and diligent.- Flexible in approach.- Able to work under pressure, assess and prioritise workload appropriately.
