Product Engineering Quality Function, delivering improvements to the current vehicle programs via problem solving, manufacturing plant support and delivery of Engineering Running Change.

This role will require strong working relationships to be developed and maintained with Product Engineering, Manufacturing, MP&L, Finance, Purchasing & Customer Services.

Knowledge of Manufacturing and Supplier quality operations and processes.
Knowledge of product creation and quality processes.
Project management experience.
Well organised, methodical, flexible and have the ability to cope with priority actions or process changes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present the PVT Core Team at senior meetings.
Engineering Change Management BOM
Lead and manage the "Current Car" PACN meeting to accelerate throughput.

Scrutinise business cases and support or challenge decisions to progress guide engineering functions on the required steps to ensure timely release and implementation of all engineering change in conjunction with Manufacturing, MP&L, Finance and Purchase.

Lead and manage the "Current Car" Change Management Meeting (CMM) to accelerate throughput.
Manage the icreate engineering change release process.
Publish Change Management KPI data to measure success and identify opportunities.
Engineering Degree.
Experience of operating in an agile environment.
