My client a market leader in their industry is seeking a Maintenance Administrator - 12 month fixed term contract


The role:

The maintenance team is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of processes related to retail units maintenance. A maintenance administrator provides a dedicated support function for the operations team and contractors.


Responsible for:

- answering enquiries and questions, handling complaints, troubleshooting problems and providing information
- attending meetings with contractors and other teams
- travelling to retail units, when required, to take part in training, meetings and other support
- producing reports and presenting reports, when required
- completing financial reconciliation


Ideal skills and experience:

- communication - ability to establish and maintain working relationships across the company and with contractors
- working in a fast-paced customer service environment, on multiple tasks, seeing each task through to conclusion
- organised and logical approach to work
- analysis and problem-solving skills
- proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel
- experience using SAP ECC an advantage, but not essential


Core hours: 37.5 (over five out of any seven days, according to a predetermined rota)

You must be flexible to work over weekends/bank holidays, in rotation with others.

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract


Salary:
£20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Watford: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

  • United Kingdom (required)
