What you'll do

As a Third Party Risk Manager you'll manage and maintain the TPRM internal assurance framework, undertake TPRM testing including the assessment of compliance to process and scenario outputs, and undertake internal assurance testing on SCS processes and procedures.


You'll also:

  • Undertake scenariobased testing on high risk third parties, liaising with Accountable Service Owners regarding any exposures and inadequacies identified
  • Maintain both supplier testing regimes and internal assurance frameworks, ensuring that regulatory compliance continues to be achieved
  • Support the development and maintenance of a suite of SCS activity performance controls and identify improvement areas
  • Leverage personal knowledge, experience, and expertise of continuous improvement to identify potential improvements across the department
  • Support a proactive risk culture which seeks to constantly evolve third party risk management best practices

The skills you'll need

You'll also have:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to influence across key stakeholders at different levels within the organisation
  • Experience of leading and undertaking assurance assessments to measure compliance and assess risk exposure
  • The ability to facilitate scenario testing on high risk third parties and draw clear outcomes
  • Experience of identifying and implementing improvement opportunities
  • A keen eye for detail
