This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing start up, multi-award winning, software company that provides a remote platform in driving improvement in building performance, through analytical data consulting to their clients.

As Business Performance Analyst, you will play a key part in enabling the companies users to reduce energy use and related CO2 emissions, improve occupant comfort and productivity as well as facilitating targeted building maintenance.


BPA Duties:

  • Use the internal platform to identify and raise actions for onsite customer teams to implement in order to improve building performance.
  • Weekly/Monthly calls with customer teams to drive engagement and action on building performance
  • Create and maintain excellent customer relationships
  • To undertake training to develop a comprehensive understanding of building services engineering
  • Assist Operations team with account user interface creation, maintenance of views and development of bespoke building and plant performance analytics to satisfy customer requirements
  • Assist operations team with client training
  • Assist Operations team with quantifying energy savings

BPA Profile:

  • Relevant STEM, sustainability or building engineering degree
  • Passionate, approachable and ability to delivery exceptional customer service
  • Evidence of interest in sustainability and building performance
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to plan, prioritise and organise work to meet competing deadlines
  • Tenacious problem solver
