- Lead business development activities with professional Interior Design firms.
- Generate leads within Leisure, Hospitality, Retail, and Facilities Maintenance sectors, in partnership with our Sales team and Authorised Stockist partners.
- Work with National Accounts team to leverage opportunities for specification of Client within the UK.
- Visit UK specifiers, architects, and design practices to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Conduct Continuing Professional Development (CPD) sessions to educate clients on our products and services.
- Possess high technical proficiency to effectively communicate and address client needs.
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints and concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with our showroom teams, field-based sales team and Authorised Stockist partners to sales teams maximize lead conversion.
- Thorough understanding of specifications and finishing schedule writing.
- Proven experience in a similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of design and architecture, with a keen eye for colour and aesthetics.
- Excellent technical proficiency to comprehend and convey complex product specifications.
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of both the internal organization and with external partners.
- A valid driver's license.
