    Simon Acres Recruitment is partnering with a well-established luxury British high-end kitchen and bedroom retailer based in Kent, in search of a creative Kitchen Designer/Shareholding Director.

    This role offers a competitive basic salary of £32,500 along with a commission structure leading to an OTE of up to £65,000, inclusive of profit share.

    This is an exceptional chance to step into a role as a share-owning Director, operating from a luxurious showroom with the potential for ownership. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in design and sales within the high-end kitchen market.



    The Role:
    • Selling bespoke, handmade furniture.
    • Possessing an advanced knowledge of kitchen design.
    • Utilizing Compusoft Winner for designing.
    • Translating customers' briefs into tangible designs, surpassing expectations.
    • Managing all aspects of design and planning, including on-site surveys.
    • Demonstrating exceptional customer care and service standards.
    • Achieving sales targets in alignment with personal goals.

    Candidate Requirements:
    • Proficiency in kitchen design using CAD software (preferably Winner).
    • Background in the high-end luxury market.
    • Thorough knowledge of high-end kitchens.
    • Detail-oriented, professional, with strong sales skills.
    • Demonstrated success in kitchen design with the ability to showcase personal design portfolio and sales figures (approximately £750,000 per annum).
    • A genuine passion for design.
    • Ambitious, motivated, and driven.
    • Possession of a valid driving licence.
