    This leading e-commerce & retail brand in the home furnishings space is looking for a superstar Paid Social Manager to lead and optimise some of their key digital acquisition channels across paid social.

    Reporting into the Customer Acquisition Manager you'll also contribute to overall digital marketing efforts with a focus on maximising biddable campaign performance to exceed sales goals.

    My client has got some ambitious growth plans and their performance channels are absolutely critical to their success, so we're looking for a super smart A-player with bags of passion who'll play a pivotal role in them to the next level

    This is a hybrid role – 3 days a week in the very cool West London HQ.

    The Role

    • Own the Paid Social budget and roadmap.
    • Plan and manage paid activity across Meta, X and Pinterest.
    • Hands-on day-to-day paid social management, including managing bids, budgets, and creative/landing page testing.
    • Weekly and monthly reporting, providing insight into performance across time and categories, and opportunities for scale and efficiency.
    • Liaise with web and creative teams to ensure that website is search-friendly and drive technical SEO optimisations.
    • Manage optimum tracking and attribution set-up, understanding the role of search as part of a complex customer journey.

    The Person

    • Ideally a minimum 2-3 years' hands-on paid social experience, preferably in a fast-growing environment, e-commerce experience a plus - agency or in-house.
    • Exceptional analytical skills and affinity for data interpretation.
    • Methodical and data-driven approach to testing and optimisation.
    • Keen attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude.
    • A dab hand at the art of effective copywriting.
