    The Exciting Opportunity

    Exciting opportunity alert! We've joined forces with a PE-backed multi-site healthcare company in the hunt for a seasoned CFO who can rock their buy & build game plan. With a current portfolio of 12 sites and ambitious plans to exceed 40 in the next 24 months, the new CFO must ensure robust reporting, solid systems, and ace controls. They'll need to craft a top-notch integration strategy for the influx of acquisitions while impressing investors, nailing M&A deals, and being a trusted business confidant to the CEO and other top brass.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement financial strategies to supercharge the company's growth agenda, covering organic expansion and acquisitions.
    • Steer the ship on annual budgeting and long-term planning, bringing insights to optimize financial performance.
    • Set up financial controls and processes for precise and punctual reporting.
    • Spot chances for operational efficiency and cost-cutting across the board.
    • Team up with different departments to push process enhancements and deploy best practices.
    • Simplify financial operations for scalability and growth support.
    • Act as a strategic ally to top stakeholders, offering financial insights for informed decision-making.
    • Perform financial analysis and modeling to gauge business performance and scan for opportunities.
    • Collaborate with business units on pricing strategies, profitability assessment, and revenue growth driving.
    • Assess potential takeover targets, run financial analyses, and evaluate strategic fit.
    • Take the reins on the M&A journey from the initial checks to integration, liaising with external consultants and internal squads.
    • Draft integration plans for smooth post-acquisition blending and synergy realization.
    • Supervise financial reporting tasks, ensuring adherence to regulatory rules and accounting norms.
    • Offer counsel on intricate accounting matters and guarantee financial statement accuracy.
    • Maintain robust internal controls for asset protection and risk mitigation.

    Qualifications:

    • Certified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
    • Proven history of triumph in financial leadership gigs, especially in a multi-site setup
    • Deep grasp of financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
    • Experience in M&A, encompassing due diligence and integration.
    • Sharp analytical skills to turn financial data into actionable insights.
    • Smooth communication and people skills, with a talent for persuasion and collaboration across teams.
    • Hands-on attitude with a go-getter approach to problem-solving and result achievement
