- Lead monthly close process (record necessary Journal Entries, Accruals, etc). Work with business partners to ensure month-end financials are within expectations.
- Build/Consolidate monthly reporting files for freight, warehousing, headcount, scrap, savings, and all other major SC KPI's. Review actual monthly performance against budgets and provide variance commentary.
- Support budget and forecasting cycle and analysis (AOP, 3+9, 6+6, 9+3).
- Serve as primary finance partner to the US Supply Chain Team and support the Global Supply Chain team as needed to standardize reporting, align commentary, and proactively uncovering risk/opportunities.
- Enhance existing reporting tools and models to streamline reporting cycles to provide more insightful information to management.
- Complete FP&A and Global Ops Finance requests and all other ad-hoc activities.
- Assist with process/continuous improvement initiatives for the US/Global Supply Chain Teams
- Degree Level Qualified (preferably within Accounting or Finance area).
- Fully Qualified (CIMA, ACA, ACCA)
- Minimum of 5 years' experience of financial & management accounting.
- Familiarity with UK and US GAAP.
- Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and influencing skills are required.
- Highly motivated individual with strong analytical skills including the ability to create complex financial models, intellectual curiosity, and proven leadership skills.
- The ability to think creatively and be able to recommend and implement process improvements, work independently, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously is required.
- The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.

Senior Financial Analyst
We're recruiting for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our global Finance team to support our Global Supply Chain Organisation. This role will be based at our Pencoed facility and is available on a hybrid working model.
Your new role:
As a Senior Financial Analyst you will be responsible for providing financial leadership and support to the Global Supply Chain organization. In this position, you will have specific responsibilities for supporting the monthly close, forecasting, and variance analysis for the US Supply Chain Team and have responsibility for consolidating the results and preparing executive level reporting packages for the Global Supply Chain Organisation.
