• Role & Responsibilities:

As our Sous Chef, you'll play a pivotal role in our kitchen brigade, collaborating closely with our Head Chef to execute innovative dishes that showcase the best of locally sourced ingredients


Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting the Head Chef in menu planning and development.
Preparing and cooking dishes to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Managing kitchen operations during service to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of orders.
Supervising and mentoring junior kitchen staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
Upholding strict health and safety standards to ensure a clean and safe working environment for all.
