- Designing, installing, and maintaining electrical systems in residential and commercial buildings
- Reading and interpreting technical diagrams and blueprints to determine the layout of electrical systems
- Identifying and repairing electrical issues, such as malfunctioning wiring, faulty electrical switches, and circuit breakers
- Ensuring that electrical systems are up to code and meet safety standards
- Collaborating with other professionals, such as architects and engineers, to design electrical systems for new construction projects
- Providing guidance and training to apprentices and other electricians

- Experience with Smart Home Installations, BMS, BMES or MEP/M&E, and Residential and Commercial buildings
- Comprehensive knowledge of building regulations, planning legislation, and health and safety
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Commercially astute and business focused
