Our client is a successful, professional and fast growing main contractor based in Bristol, specialising in a variety of refurbishment projects across Commercial, Residential and Studant Accommodation sectors. Projects are typically between £250k - £2m in value and often involve changing the useage of a space from Commercial to Accomodation.
Site Manager - The Role:
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join the team working initially on a £1m refurbishemnt project in Bath. The project is a Grade II listed building, converting a commercial property into accomodation for private sale. The company is acting as the main contractor and will involve the M&E in a CDP contract. You will be responsible for leading the day to day delivery aspects of the project, overseeing H&S, sub-contractors, direct and indirect workforce. The role will report to a Contracts Manager. Each ongoing project will be varied and local, and the company is able to offer excellent career progression for hard working, loyal individuals.
