    Description

    Do you pride yourself in providing excellent Customer Service and are looking to bring your top-notch skills to a well-known bike and scooter insurance company based in Diss? Michelle Denny Recruitment may have the exact role you are looking for Our client is looking to expand their Customer Service Advisor team.

    The basic salary is £24,250pa and there are additional commissions and benefits on top too (OTE £28k).

    Your main and crucial role as a Customer Service Advisor will be representing the company on the initial call that customers make into the business.

    You will be tasked with providing exceptional service to customers and ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively with regard to any policy queries they may have.


    Your working week:

    The offices are open:

    Monday to Friday | 8.30am - 7.00pm Saturday | 9.30am - 4.30pm You'll work an average of 38.75-hours over a five-day week.

    Working times are based on a pre-planned three-week rotating schedule, so you'll always know when you're at work, so you can plan your life.

    You'll be in the office on alternate Saturdays and, even though the Saturday working hours are shorter (9:30am – 4:30pm), you'll be given a full day off during the week, plus there's overtime should you wish.
