Description

IT Support Engineer

You must have the ability to work well as part of a team and independently and the ability to communicate fluently with colleagues and senior members of the business.

Good communication and written skills is required as well as good customer service skills.

Experience:

Technical knowledge of Microsoft technologies
Desktops, Laptops and Mobile devices
Experience of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP Windows server support / Administration.
Excellent troubleshooting skills of standard Microsoft Office suites, office 365 etc. Software and Hardware Troubleshooting skills
Experience of Windows 7, 8 and 10 and Mac OS.
Experience of Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Office 365 is advantageous including MS Teams
Experience of troubleshooting networking issues such as TCP/IP, root cause analysis.
A good analytical and problem solver, the ability to communicate clearly with users.

This is a permanent role paying up to £32,000. The role is based near Southwark station in London.
