- Support Marketing Manager in the delivery of all marketing activity for The AIM Group within agreed targets and deadlines in ways that build and optimise conversions.
- Be able to take lead on projects when required by the Marketing Manager.
- To write copy for all online marketing channels including email marketing and blogs.
- Support measurement and reporting of marketing effectiveness and ROI.
- Assist in proposals and contribute to copywriting and proofreading tasks.
- Social media management: Develop and implement social media strategies to increase our social media presence and engagement across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
- Market research: Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges in the training/education industry.
- Brand consistency: Maintain brand consistency across all marketing initiatives, ensuring messaging and visual identity align with brand guidelines.
- Campaign Management: Deliver and Lead on the planning, implementation, and evaluation of marketing campaigns across various digital channels. Analyse the campaign performance and optimise strategies to maximise ROI.
- Ideally, 2+years in a marketing role, ideally marketing project-based experience.
- Degree/qualification in communications, marketing, advertising or related field.
- Creative thinking with a proven track record of delivering marketing campaigns that have increased conversions.
- Be able to work in a fast-moving industry while being adaptable in a highly rapidly growing company
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and project aspects at once.
- Experience of managing company social media accounts and growing follower numbers and engagement levels
- Experience of using a range of marketing tools such as CRM Platforms (Salesforce), Formstack, Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics, email marketing software (Mailchimp), CMS systems and social media management tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to create compelling content.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
