NQ Banking & Finance Solicitor Belfast / Hybrid Artemis Human Capital are delighted to be representing a leading and highly respected law firm in their search for a Newly Qualified Banking & Finance Solicitor.
As a Newly Qualified Banking & Finance Solicitor, you will work closely with a team of experienced legal professionals, gaining hands-on experience in a wide range of banking and finance transactions.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of transactions and providing high-quality legal services to the firms' esteemed clients.
Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, loan agreements, and security documentation.
Assist in negotiations and provide legal advice on transnational matters.
Collaborate with senior solicitors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional legal guidance.
Recently qualified as a solicitor with a focus on banking and finance law Strong academic background in law.
Demonstrated interest in banking and finance law through relevant coursework or internships.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
