    • To plan, schedule, predict, and manage all the technical tasks of their assigned projects.
    • Assist in the delivery of new installation opportunities from within Small Works and the Service department.
    • Generation of cost sheets and quotations to departmental standards. Day to day management of technical and administration activities for each project you are responsible for. Undertake commercial and operational review of Project quotes prior to dispatch to customer in conjunction with the Small Works Manager.
    • Manage the Health & Safety and mitigate risk for all projects you are involved in. This includes the production of RAMS and ensuring there is a Safe System or Work in place for the installation team, customers employees and members of the public.
    • Attend monthly forecast and review meetings with the Small Works team in Bracknell at head office to agree monthly revenue forecast and revue departmental progress against budget.
    • Actively identify and target new opportunities with existing customers and new leads from outside the business through sales channels. Maintenance of your work stream within the Small Works pipeline and updating of records held therein.
    • Establish and pursue, in conjunction with your line manager, a personal development plan - incorporating regular appraisals designed to optimise performance and professional development. Weekly meetings with your line manager to discuss and identify issues and resolutions.
    Essential


    • Experience within the electronic security services markets.
    • The ability to install and commission.
    • The ability to persuade, influence and manage complex technical projects from the design stage through to installation.
    • The ability to present and communicate in a professional manner.
    • The ability to plan and organise and manage your time effectively.
    • PC literacy – PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Word.
    • An understanding of risk assessment and broader security issues. IOSH Managing Safely is desirable. Training will be provided.
    Physical - Smart appearance and of sound health.

    General Intelligence - Reasonable numerical and strong verbal reasoning abilities.

    Special Attributes - Capacity to understand technical specifications and products.
