- Weekends: 09:00-18:00
- Ensure compliance with GDPR data protection regulations.
- Review and analyse credit reference data to make informed credit decisions.
- Process referrals through necessary checks, including credit behavior and affordability assessments.
- Document assessments with detailed notes and record any conditions of approval.
- Stay alert to suspicious activities and report them as needed.
- Work efficiently to ensure that credit decisions meet agreed-upon service level standards.
- Experience in financial services is preferred.
- Customer service experience.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical skills.
