    Are you a highly experienced mechanical maintenance engineer? Look no further. I have a fantastic opportunity to work for a direct client on a static commercial contract in Lewisham. My client are looking to speak with time-served mechanical bias engineers with a building services background. This role is looking after 2 buildings and candidates MUST have a UK driving licence

    • Salary Range: £45k + Overtime
    • Mon to Fri Days Only
    • Looking after 2 sites in close proximity - vehicle provided
    Duties
    • Standard mechanical PPMs
    • Reactive maintenance
    • AHUs/FCUs - cleaning filters/changing filters, cleaning coils, mechanical seals, belt changes
    • VAVs
    • Sprinkler Testing
    • High-Pressure Pumps
    • Steam Boilers
    • Mechanical Seals
    • Water Treatment
    • Reactive Plumbing
    • Motors
    • Liaising/directing subcontractors around site
    • Report writing - completing logbooks
    Requirements
    • C&G/NVQ in mechanical engineering/marine engineering
    • Previous building services/marine maintenance experience
    • Technically minded
    • Career driven
    • Full UK Drivers Licence
