Join us as a Product Lead

  • Working in Ventures, Digital Sales and Customer Adoption as a Product Lead, you'll combine the best of traditional banking and Fintech in a highgrowth environment
  • We're looking for someone to act as the Head of Product to drive customer growth and the adoption of our products and services through existing and new partners and bank channels
  • This is an opportunity for you to make your mark on the future of the products and services we offer

What you'll do:

We're looking for a leader who wants to take full ownership of their role.

You'll demonstrate this by delivering new and enhanced products across all categories while working with Marketing and Sales to develop and deliver our customer acquisition strategy.


You'll also be:

  • Leading a team of product owners and business analysts across streams of work focused on customers and growth through digital bank channels, partnerships, marketing and sales
  • Establishing and evolving best practices in your team to provide the product vision, objectives and key results and a strategy in line with mechanisms that measure benefits
  • Working in commercial and technical environments while taking a proactive approach to engaging leadership and key stakeholders
  • Initiating difficult tradeoff decisions to make sure investment is allocated appropriately to drive benefits
  • Acting as a leader to prioritise your team's development and wellbeing while making sure their workstack is balanced

The skills you'll need:


You'll already be a capable and experienced leader with knowledge of how to drive customer value and meet deadlines on budget.

As well as this, you'll have the ability to demonstrate strategic talents.

You'll also be expected to have:

  • Experience of leading product teams, including product owners, managers and business analysts and a good commercial and financial acumen
  • A focus on customers and decisionmaking based on customer insights and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience of taking products to market in a highgrowth Fintech, payments or software company
  • Knowledge of how to develop internal and external partnerships that unlock joint value
  • A background of delivering idea to value in an Agile organisation
