Expro Group are currently recruiting for a extTitle to join the division_obj team based in filter2.

Overall Purpose of the Job:

Key Activities and Accountabilities:

Provide administrative support to well test department as assigned.
Raising and releasing of purchase and framework requisitions.
Updating monthly operations rental spreadsheets.
Reviewing incoming 3rd party Invoices against 3rd party spreadsheet.
Creation of 3rd party recharge invoices including back up.
Daily checks of equipment on and off hires updating the rental spreadsheets
Control and implement ordering of stationary and office supplies for the department as necessary
Assist logistics coordinator in organising and coordinating travel arrangements for department as required.
Acting as holiday cover for Logistics and Accounts when required. Cross training to be provided.
Liaise with team members, internal and external departments as and when required to ensure all questions and queries are resolved in a timely manner. Liaise with manager on any issues or concerns with the documentation to be processed.

Job Knowledge and Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role
Previous experience in Microsoft office packages.
Previous exposure to SAP (essential)
