    What does this role involve?

    Our field based engineers are dedicated to install and rectify technical faults with smart meters, in commercial and domestic properties.

    You will monitor engineer audits and provide feedback to line managers and third-party contractors.

    Day to day, you will;

  • ensure engineer complaints are sent to relevant managers and resolved in a timely manner;
  • process and verify new engineer paperwork and ensure engineer accreditations are maintained;
  • produce reports on engineer performance.
  • What do we need from you?

    Recording of accurate information is key, therefore you will have good written and verbal communication skills and have a great eye for detail.

    You will have great organisational skills to prioritise on workload to set deadlines.
