Description

We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join a vibrant, and fast-growing IT Tech company based in Altrincham, Cheshire.


Your role as Accounts Assistant will include but is not limited to: -

  • Purchase Ledger
  • Sales Ledger
  • Credit Control
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Cash flow reporting
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed customer records and creating new customer accounts
  • Setting credit limits
  • Raising and managing Purchase Order Numbers
  • Ensure all internal and external customers and suppliers are always handled with courtesy

Skills required:


  • Minimum of 2 years of accounts experience
  • Experience in using Xero accounting software would be a distinct advantage
  • Excellent organisation and timemanagement skills to ensure that the account function runs smoothly
  • Computer literacy and working knowledge of Excel
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate financial data and make recommendations
  • Ability to work well in a team, as well as work independently
  • Ability to cope with tight deadlines maintain accuracy
  • Professional manner with good communication skills

Hours:9am - 5pm Mon - Fri


Location:
Altrincham - Office based initially for training and then hybrid options


Salary:
up to £28,000 depending on experience
