In this position, you will play a pivotal role in managing the company's share plans, integral to their strategy of attracting and retaining top talent worldwide.
The roleYou will:
end-to-end processes for performance-based plans and restricted stock, ensuring adherence to global various internal teams including Global and Country Reward, Finance/Treasury, HR, and external partners for accuracy and data flow to our internal reward database for comprehensive employee complete process lifecycle, from monthly contribution reconciliation to annual enrolment.
Advanced analytical skills with expertise in Microsoft Excel.
Proficient at building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
