Searchability NS&D has a new opportunity for a IT Business Analyst to work across an exciting range of projects
WHAT WILL THE
IT BUSINESS ANALYSTBE DOING?

As a Business Analyst, you'll thrive on being the face of IT internally; you'll support the development and advancement of the Corporate IT estate.

As the focal point, you'll provide assurance and guidance from initial requirements gathering and process mapping through to delivery of IT work requests and associated work packages.

As a Business Analyst, you'll create user journeys and gather technical IT requirements primarily related to Networks, Software & Infrastructure in a matrix-based organisation; A background within IT business analysis in a complex changing environment preferably with exposure to delivering within Defence or National Security.

Experience operating within a technical IT environment that covers Networks, Software and Infrastructure.

Able to operate with customer service at the forefront of delivery to build relationships, manage expectations and negotiate with business partners.

Knowledge of developing business cases and schedules to ensure projects can be completed to time, cost and quality objectives.
