next chapter of its growth story with a rapidly expanding strategy into the institutional
Build to Rent and Co-Living sectors. To support this, they are looking to expand their Lettings team to help strengthen their award-winning service;

motivated and experienced property professional with a passion for the Lettings sector, and have prior experience in a similar role,

Personal specification:

Have at least 2 years' experience at a London estate agency
Experience within Build to Rent preferred
Superb customer service skills
Ability to multitask
Team player
Computer literate
Full UK driving licence.

The package on offer for this role will include a
basic salary of £20,000, plus realistic
on target earnings in the region of
£45,000 to £50,000.
