Westwood Recruitment are on the lookout for a Roofing & Cladding Supervisor for our client in Preston on a permanent basis.

As a Roofing & Cladding Supervisor , you will oversee and manage roofing and cladding projects, ensuring quality workmanship, safety compliance, and efficient execution.

Your role involves supervising a team of roofers and cladders, coordinating tasks, and maintaining high standards throughout the construction process.

Ensure adherence to project schedules and deadlines.
Monitor work quality to meet industry standards.
Implement best practices for roofing and cladding installations.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Communicate project updates and requirements clearly.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial roofing and cladding.
Familiarity with various roofing and cladding materials and techniques.
Hold a CSCS card
Valid driving license
IPAF (3a, 3b) certification.
First aid training.

Competitive hourly rate:
£35,000-£40,000 per year dependent on experience .
