Let's talk about the role

It involves:

Responsible for daily management of a team
Preparing and negotiating tenancy renewals
Completing property inventories & carrying out regular property inspections
Maintaining & reporting accurate file notes
Delivering exceptional customer service

We're not just looking for someone who fits our team; we want to be a good fit for you too We're looking for individuals with qualities such as:

Experience in managing a team
Previous experience in Property Management essential
Must be ARLA / CeLap qualified
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Articulate thinker & great communicator
Comfortable working in a busy office
Experience in property management/surveying/housing.
