Job summary

We are recruiting a Senior Regulatory Professional to join our Regulatory team.�

The purpose of this role is to lead and manage a group of Regulatory Professionals and Regulatory Officers within the national Early Years (EY) regulatory support functions. You will help ensure Ofsted discharges its regulatory duties in a robust, consistent, effective and efficient manner.

The team will ultimately be responsible for ensuring Ofsted meets its safeguarding obligations and that children are cared for in safe and suitable environments.

Recent and proven experience of operational management within a regulatory function.

Full understanding of the Early Years Framework, Safeguarding and child protection processes and procedures.
