    On behalf of our client NI Medical and Dental training agency based in Belfast we are recruiting an Administrative Officer.

    This role will start immediately and will be for a minimum of 6 months.

    The hours of work are Monday-Thursday 9am - 5pm and 8:30am - 4:30pm on Fridayand the rate of pay is £11.67 per hour.

    (On completion of training there will be the opportunity to work from home - 3 days per week.) The main duties for these posts will be
    • Handling incoming calls and emails, updating records, preparing reports and documents, attending meetings and taking notes.

    What We Need from You:
    5 GCSEs including Maths and English Grade C and above Previous experience in an administration role Strong computer and customer service skills Minute taking experience
