Painter and Decorator - Brighton

Property Services - Social Housing

£30,000 per annum + Company Vehicle and fuel card + pension and life assurance

Permanent Position

Duties of the Painter and Decorator:

  • Carrying out General Maintenance on occupied and void properties.
  • Painting, decorating, plastering, and tiling works.
  • Reactive repair works around properties.

Experience of the Painter and Decorator:

  • Must have social housing/council experience.
  • A full UK driving license.
  • Must have multiple trades.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£30,000.00-£30,500.00 per year
