Job Description:

We are currently seeking an Accounts Assistant to join the team of one of our clients who are in the student housing industry.

They are very passionate about what they do and are expanding quickly.

Since their start in 2015 they have experienced exponential growth growing to over 160 properties and 40,000 homes They're looking for a eager and enthusiastic Accounts Assistant to join their team to continue to grow and expand their finance division.

They're looking for Ideally someone who is very experience with Excel but are also accepting graduates who are looking to make their first move into finance.

They Have a lot to offer anyone who wants to work at the company and are an amazing team to work in and around.

Job Duties:
Processing invoices and expense claims
Assisting with month-end financial reports
Reconciling bank statements
Handling basic bookkeeping tasks
Supporting the finance team with ad-hoc tasks


Required Qualifications:
AAT qualification or equivalent
Demonstrated experience in a similar role
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
Attention to detail and accuracy


Knowledge and Skills:
Understanding of basic accounting principles
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team


Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with accounting software
Additional finance-related qualifications


Working Conditions:
This is a full-time permanent position with the option for hybrid working
