    Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, managing shipments and deliveries, maintaining factory records, and organizing financial accounts. This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth running of our office and supporting our overall business operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and coordinate shipments and deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of goods.
    • Maintain and organize factory records, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
    • Oversee financial accounts, including invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping.
    • Handle general office administration tasks, including answering phone calls, managing correspondence, and ordering office supplies.
    • Support the management team with various administrative tasks and projects as needed.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Liaise with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders as required.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) is a plus.
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
