- Answer all incoming calls and redirect as necessary, take messages, deal with queries
- Support Operations Manager with various administration tasks and cover when necessary
- Liaising with Clients/Operatives as necessary via telephone and e-mail
- Prepare schedules for the operatives and upload necessary paperwork
- Produce costing reports (full training provided)
- Prepare client visuals
- Welcoming visitors and providing refreshments
- Filing, weekly reporting, and general administrative tasks
- Receive and organise manufacturers deliveries
- Excellent time-keeping is essential for this busy role
- Great team player and personable demeanour
- Good clear telephone voice
- Good working IT knowledge
- Skilled in standard written English and be confident in composing e-mails
- Able to work on own initiative and self-manage/support others
- Have a methodical approach to work and be able to prioritise and multitask
- Training provided
- 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
