Quality Improvement Lead - Social Care
Location:
Remote with occasional travel to UK based sites
Rate:
£ per day (Outside IR35)
Duration: 6-12 months (potential to go permanent)

MLC Partners are delighted to be partnering with a well-established not-for-profit care provider with a large UK based regional presence.
They are looking for a Head of Quality / Quality Improvement Lead to assist in shaping their clinical governance processesand embed these into the organisation.
You will be responsible for:
- Acting as CQC lead, representing and negotiating on behalf of the organisation in all areas of compliance and quality development
- Leading on service quality and clinical governance, working with Lead for Clinical Governance and Health & Safety and Quality Auditor
- Coordinating the development and maintenance of effective, easy to use operational policy and guidance, for staff and customers, that supports quality outcomes and choice.
- Ensuring suitable training and update programme for staff in order to promote quality and best practise
