- An Executive leadership role to deliver sales growth and business value through an effective GTM strategy for the company's Portfolio of Products, Vendor Partnerships and Managed Services.
- Drive a comprehensive sales strategy for EMEA, aligning with the company's overall business objectives.
- Establish regional sales targets, performance metrics, and budgets. Regularly review of performance and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Lead, mentor, and motivating the EMEA GTM Team.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to help team members excel in their roles, meeting or exceeding assigned targets for profitable sales volume and other KPIs.
- Help evaluate new technologies and partners to enable greater business value.
- Significant experience leading a Sales Function within an IT Infrastructure, Managed Services or Value-Added Reseller Business.
- Sound technical knowledge of Cloud, Intelligent Infrastructure and Networking solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate between technical and non-technical languages.
- Proven experience of successfully scaling a regional GTM Function with full P&L responsibility.
- Fluent English Language Mandatory.
- Any other language skills highly desirable: German; French, Spanish, Dutch.

They drive Digital Transformation through a refined Portfolio including Infrastructure Services, Multi-Cloud Solutions, Networking (SD-WAN / SASE), Wireless, Collaboration and Security Solutions. This is a permanent role, and you will be required to attend their offices in London.
About The Role
The Regional Sales Director EMEA will be responsible for leading sales activities and a managing and growing a dynamic GTM Team. You will drive revenue growth and scale the European / EMEA business.
