    We are looking for an exceptionally, strong, and initiative-taking Account Director who thrives in a fast-paced environment to manage through-the-line campaigns.

    The successful applicant will play an important part by providing a positive and helpful first point of contact for key clients.

    As well as delivering outstanding service, you will help to develop and maintain profitable business from your designated accounts by devising and implementing excellent creative solutions that exceed client expectations within time and budget.

    We are looking for someone with a proven track record in marketing agency account direction, coupled with a passion for delighting clients by devising and implementing multi-channel advertising campaigns that deliver results from engaging social content and persuasive broadcast TV to immersive digital and in-store POS.You'll join a friendly, positive and helpful team, working within a modern, creative environment.

    £40,000 – £45,00025 days holiday + bank holidaysWell-being benefitsMonday to Friday 9am-5.30pmHybrid working Duties and responsibilities:Directing and managing multiple integrated advertising campaigns from conceptual approval to final deliveryCreating and maintaining good relationships with clientsWorking effectively with strategy, creative and studio teams to develop campaignsDevising and implementing excellent creative solutions that exceed clients' expectationsSuccessfully working within a given timescale and to a budgetEffectively managing campaign costs and invoicing clients Skills and experience required:Proven experience as a marketing agency-based Account Director, responsible for key B2C or B2B accountsExperience with multi-channel advertising campaigns across TV, radio, digital or socialAble to give examples of creating and managing marketing campaigns that delivered resultsApplies a forward-thinking approach to all aspects of work, displayed by a positive, proactive, "can-do" attitudeDemonstrates the desire to grow a client portfolio by identifying and seizing potential opportunities organically or through new areas of the client businessClear understanding of the importance of financial rigour and accurate reportingStrong time management and outstanding organisational skillsThe ability to multitask while working to deadlinesExcellent communication skills, both verbally and in writingAbility to work flexibly to deliver client needsAccurate numerical and analytical skillsIT proficient and competent across the entire Microsoft Office suite.
