Insolvency Litigation Lawyer 3 PQE
  • Managing Associate Legal 500 City Firm London My Clients insolvency team sits as part of their Commercial Dispute Resolution team.
The team is the largest in the Disputes Resolution department and enjoys a close-knitcollegiate feel. Members enjoy an interesting variety of work.

Their focus centres on three workstreams:
civil fraud, contentious insolvency and arbitration.

They straddle the firm's sectors and work closely with other teams across the firm to help clientswho may find themselves involved in disputes.

They regularly deal with high-profile and complex disputes meaning that they act quickly, assertively, and effectively for clients, providing creative solutions to challenging problems.

Often delivering a successfuloutcome involves a multi-disciplinary approach, using a wider group of experts.

They have an established network of other trusted and tested service providers, including counsel, accountants, data analysts, investigators, and foreign legal teams.

Currentlythey are looking to appoint an associate/ senior associate.

You should have strong technical experience in contentious insolvency matters as well as excellent client relationship skills, working with Partners and lawyers at all levels in the team to meet clients'needs.

You will also be comfortable in contributing towards business development and marketing activities, developing and maintaining client relationships and contributing to Knowhow and thought leadership.
