Objectives Of Marketing Executive Role
- Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
- Support the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
- Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders including key members of the board.
- Support the sales team with highly relevant research information, dovetail their promotional activity with associated marketing plans and support new product launches, sales drives etc.
Responsibilities
- Help develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and communications, including print, digital, and video assets.
- Developing and implementing the online and lead traffic acquisition strategies, covering SEO, PPC, social media and PR.
- Work with executives to develop through budgets, expense estimations, and targets.
- Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support.
- Create and implement marketing strategy, and inventive marketing tactics for all types of channels.
- Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.
- Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimise accordingly.
- Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
Required Skills And Qualifications

- Experience in project management
- Multitasking, and decisionmaking skills
- Metricsdriven marketing mind with eye for creativity
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
- Knowledge of developing marketing plans and campaigns
- Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
- Experience in wordpress and adobe suite
- Adaptability skills to a fast changing environment
- Some involvement or knowledge of Sales
Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
