Our client, a not-for-profit membership association, seeks a Membership Manager to provide an outstanding service to their global members, acting as the primary point of contact for all enquiries and managing the end-to-end membership renewal process.

You'll be the welcoming face and guiding hand for all things membership-related. You'll champion members' needs, ensuring they receive exemplary service from the first inquiry to renewal and beyond.

But that's not all. Your responsibilities will also span communication and engagement strategies to drive membership growth and satisfaction.

You'll also lead the development of membership communications and newsletters, aligning them with branding guidelines and collaborating with external consultants on campaigns and events.

A key aspect of your role will be fostering member engagement and relationships. You'll spearhead membership engagement strategy, continuously evaluating benefits and optimizing them to meet members' evolving needs. Managing the membership area, organizing workshops, webinars, and events, you'll create opportunities for members to connect, learn, and grow within the gem and jewellery community.

The ideal candidate will offer a strong understanding of membership environments, recruitment, and retention strategies, as well as experience in delivering effective membership services, relationship programs, and digital communication initiatives. Proficiency in CRM, CMS, and digital tools like MailChimp will be advantageous.
