Description
We are working with a privately owned contractor client who have a first class record of delivering mixed use and residential schemes on brownfield sites across the Capital and typically South of the River.
Although they do undertake both housing and apartments, as well as some refurbishment - typical projects are new build flats from 5 to 20 storeys and a mixture of RC frame and traditional build.
We have been mandated exclusively to onboard an Operations Manager for a £50-60m turnover Main Contractor.The post will oversee a large proportion of the 8-12 live jobs concurrently and through a Contracts and Project Management team.
